French Oak Scratch
DOSAGE: From 1 to 3 grams per liter of wine. It is not recommended to use more than this amount.

USE: During fermentation they help to stabilize the color and during maturation to produce aromas.
They are placed in the wine with the use of a suitable separator. They are not reusable.

Action time from 2 to 5 weeks. Then remove them from your wine.
