5. Shipping Methods

Most products are shipped within 1-3 working days by Courier (up to 10 kg) or Transport Company within Greece.

• For purchases within Greece by Courier the cost is set at € 4.5 for orders up to 3kg.
• For every extra kilo there is a charge of 2 € / kg.
• The machines are sent after consultation.

In case of purchase of large volume or heavy products, a shipment is made with a Transport Company, where you pay the shipping cost directly there or you can send our Shipping for collection from our place. In this case it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company of your choice to receive the order, within 1 working day after your payment.

6.Delivery of Products

With the confirmation message of your order, we will inform you about the delivery time of your order, which depends on the shipping area of the products. Our orders are processed during working days and hours (Monday – Friday, 09: 00-15: 00). Our deliveries are performed according to the following commitment:

1. For deliveries within Greece, delivery within 3 working days from the moment we receive your order.

7.Product Return
