Within 15 calendar days, from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it, at your own expense.
For the return of products, it is assumed that the product has not been used and the markings on the products have not been removed and of course, they are in excellent condition, inside the package and you have all the printed shipping documents with which you received them.
You can either request a replacement of the products you have chosen, with others of at least equal value or a refund. We take all the necessary measures so that you can receive the products without damage.
However, in case you received a defective product, then the shipping and return costs are borne exclusively by ampelos-oinologika.gr. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will send you the correct one immediately, after we confirm the new receipt by e-mail. You can inform us immediately at e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, notifying us of the problem.
For the return of the defective product it is necessary to pack it properly, so that it is protected during shipment, to place in the package you have made, a document in which you mention your details in detail (name, surname, address, tc, phone ), the retail receipt you received, as well as the reason for returning the product and finally sending it through a transport company, although it would be better to do it through the courier agency from which you received your order, with the marking, in view of the Returns Department.
